Mike Tandy
Managing Director
Mike Tandy’s involvement in the success of the company over the last thirty years has been instrumental. An apprenticeship with world famous plant machinery manufacturer Caterpillar paved the way to a great understanding of hiring plant hire equipment to businesses around the South Wales region. The decision was taken in early 2001 to specialize the equipment to just hiab and telehandlers to give a more focussed and professional service to RE Plant customers.

Joc
Hire Manager
With over twenty years dealing with the hire of plant equipment, Joc has an extensive knowledge that aids customers in getting the correct equipment / solution for the job in hand. Joc is the first of call for customer enquires and questions and over the years has given varied solutions to thousands of RE Plant clients.

Mike Matthews
Financial & Admin
Mike is responsible for the day to day running of the Accounts / Administration Department which includes anything from answering the telephone, meeting and greeting visitors to Invoicing and the up-keep of the IT System.
Mike is currently liaising with a colleague on an update of the present Website, which includes becoming a member of LinkedIn and other Social media websites.

Roy Harding
Sales & Technical Support
Roy first started at RE Plant in 1992 on one of RE Plant Hire’s largest hiab lorries, this gave roy the understanding of how to approach jobs and provide solutions to some of the more challenging ones. Roy now takes the role of Technical support and provides professional advice and assurance to customers via site visits.

Steve Durnell
Depot Manager
Steve is responsible for the upkeep of all the machines at the RE Plant depot, this involves rigorous testing and servicing prior to machines being hired out to customers. Steve also is heavily involved in the buying and selling of stock at RE Plant and has and considerable knowledge in choosing the most suitable and reliable machines for the company.
